Designing human-centered systems that shape behavior and create meaningful impact

I’m a Senior Product Designer and MFA artist drawn to complexity—exploring how design can make systems more intuitive, human, and impactful.

Currently, I lead human-centered digital transformation at Deloitte, designing platforms that improve access to public services for over 2 million residents.

My work combines the strategic rigor of large-scale systems with a deep curiosity about human behavior; how people think, feel, and make decisions within complex environments.

Whether working across government systems or creative practice, I focus on designing experiences that reduce friction, build trust, and create meaningful, lasting change.

As a CRLA Certified Mentor, I also care deeply about building collaborative, inclusive teams and supporting work that is thoughtful, accessible, and designed to endure.

When I’m not designing, I make art. Photography, digital work, and installations rooted in experience, emotions and feeling.

I’m an artist at heart, and I work as a visual artist across a range of mediums, from photography and digital art to installation work.

I’m also a daydreamer who writes poetry and collects small life philosophies along the way. Travel plays a big role in my creative practice. I like to observe, feel, and document what a place brings out in me, then turn those moments into narratives shaped by emotion, memory, and the subconscious, translated into both words and visuals.
